Every question and comment is important to us, no matter how simple or complex, so don’t hesitate in contacting us.
HOW LONG IS A PRIVATE LESSON?
We offer 30, 45, 60 min classes, depending on the age and performance level of the student. For a beginner, we suggest to start with 30 mins, 45 mins for intermediate, and an hour for the advanced level. For the time arrangement, our teachers will revise on the previous content before moving onto the next step, teaching in details like techniques, fingering, dynamics, articulations, styles and periods etc. Oh and of course, no hidden cost!
WHEN CAN MY KID START LEARNING?
Some studies suggest that taking music lessons like playgroup at around age 3 can increase child's brainpower. In general, it's better to wait until they are age 4 or 5 to start playing an instrument, their hands are bigger, stronger, more ready to sit still, and concentrate throughout the lesson.
WHERE IS IT?
As we totally understand the struggle of carrying the kids back and forth from a centre, that's exactly why we are offering home visit piano lesson, we want your kids to enjoy every bit of our lesson. If you're considering to buy an instrument, we are more than happy to give you advice on how to choose a good one that suits your budget and student's level.
HAVING TROUBLE PRACTICING WITH YOUR KID?
We do not offer practice package but we do have students taking lesson twice per week or even more, as a result experiencing much faster progress. They practice with their own teacher, who guides them how to practice step-by-step in an efficient away, no more dreadful fight between parent and kid, also free from suffering the pain of picking up things a week ago.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
As a responsible teacher we reserve the scheduled time slots for our students. If the student cannot make it, he/ she should inform the teacher at least 24 hours prior to the class. In this case a makeup class will be arranged or carried over next month. For any notice made within 24 hours prior to the class, no makeup class and refund will be arranged.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE CLASS?
We do monthly payment so please pay the tuition fee at the first week of every month. We accept cash, cheque, bank transfer, and PayMe at your convenience, please kindly ask your teacher for the payee's name and bank account details.
